Mohsen Sharifzadeh, an Affiliate Professor at BYU's ECEn Department since May 2023, earned his Ph.D. in Physics, specializing in Biomedical Optics, from the University of Utah. Post academia, he contributed to various startups, leveraging his research expertise in spectroscopy, tissue optics, retinal imaging, and antioxidant detection technology.
