Evan Cook is an undergraduate in BYU's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, majoring in Cybersecurity and minoring in Computer Science (expected graduation April 2026).
He joined CamachoLab in March of 2024 and currently works on the future of the internet in the Quantum Photonics Lab. He is not sure what that means, but it sounds pretty cool. Evan specializes in system security, automating the lab, and banging hardware around. In his free time, Evan enjoys a weekend campout in the mountains, working on his old van, or playing sports with his friends... as long they eventually play rugby.
